Tisha and the New Teacher

Tisha was a happy girl. She loved to play with her friends. She ran fast, climbed trees, and laughed a lot.

She remembered all the rules of every game. She even remembered all the songs she heard on TV. Sometimes, she sang them loudly at home. Her parents smiled and said, “Tisha remembers everything!”

But when it came to studying, Tisha didn’t feel the same. She would sit with her books and feel sleepy. “I don’t like studying,” she would say. “It’s boring.” She tried to remember what the teacher said in class, but nothing stayed in her mind.

Her parents were worried. “She can remember everything from TV and games. Why not from books?” her father asked. Her mother said softly, “Maybe she needs someone who teaches with love.”

Then one day, everything changed.

A new teacher came to her class. Her name was Ms. Nisha. She had a warm smile and kind eyes. She came to teach history.

But Ms. Nisha didn’t just read from the book. She told stories — exciting stories about kings, queens, and life long ago. She showed the class old pots, coins, and pictures. “Look at this,” she said. “People used this pot 500 years ago!”

Tisha listened with wide eyes. She wanted to know more. She started asking questions. She stayed back after class. She even drew pictures of old houses and temples at home. History became fun for her — just like a game!

Her parents were surprised. “Tisha is studying history now,” her father said.

“She’s enjoying it!” her mother smiled.

They went to meet Ms. Nisha. “You changed our daughter,” they said. “Thank you.”

Ms. Nisha said, “Children love learning when we teach with joy. If I enjoy teaching, they enjoy learning.”

That night, Tisha was reading a story about old times. She smiled and said, “Learning is fun… when it feels like a story.”

🌟Moral of the Story🌟
When teachers teach with love, children enjoy learning. Every child has a bright mind — they just need someone to light the spark.
